Clean Water Services Board of Directors

Clean Water Services (CWS) is a county service district organized under Oregon Revised Statute 451. CWS is a separately managed and financed government utility. As a county service district, the CWS Board of Directors is made up of elected officials who also serve as Washington County Commissioners:

Tuesday, January 27, 2026: Executive Session – ORS 192.660(2)(d)(f)(h) – Labor Negotiations, Exempt Records, and Litigation and Potential Litigation. Noon in Board Work Session Room 120D at the Charles D. Cameron Public Services Building, 155 North First Avenue, in Hillsboro. Read the agenda here.   

Friday, February 6, 2026: The Clean Water Services Board of Directors will hold a work session from 9 am to 3:30 pm in the Large Conference room at the CWS Central Building, 15195 NW Greenbrier Parkway in Beaverton.
