Neighborhood Information – SW Bull Mountain Road (Nemarnik-Roshak)
Clean Water Services (CWS) coordinated construction of sanitary sewer extension from an existing sewer terminus, 309 linear feet eastward to the 90-degree bend in Bull Mountain Road at Nemarnik Drive continuing north another 239 linear feet. The sewer work was completed in March 2025 and the benefiting property owners were notified by a Notice of Sewer Availability letter dated May 27, 2025.
The cost of construction for a new sanitary sewer is the responsibility of the property owner who the sewer will serve. To recover a portion of the cost, on June 27, 2023, the CWS Board of Directors adopted Resolution and Order 23-10 forming the Reimbursement District (PDF) for this project. On June 24, 2025, the Board held a Public Hearing (PDF), considered testimony, and adopted Resolution & Order 25-14 (PDF).
